The staff were helpful and nice, we felt very welcome. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with a big selection of food and drinks, amazing fish and sashimi especially. The onsen and the local surroundings were beautiful, a lot of rooms have a view of the ocean. Nachi waterfall is accessible by bus from the station which is a ~10min walk from this resort. Incredible experience.

This property is basically right across the street from the train station. This was absolutely perfect for us. I think this must be a new facility because everything looked brand spanking new. There are only two rooms here which made it much more personal. The check in was a little odd, but it worked. The futons that you sleep on are the most comfortable we have had yet in Japan. In the United States, we are more accustomed to much softer sleeping surfaces. These were softer than most of the very stiff beds we have had in Japan.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is extremely well set up and comfortable. Everything you want in the kitchen- especially the beautiful modern coffee grinder and carafe. The host was very accommodating. The food downstairs is fantastic.

Almost everything about the property, it's just beside the railway and bus station. Easy to locate if you follow the map. The rooms are spacious and the best thing is the common kitchen has good facilities. One bathroom and 2 toilets are shared by three rooms. The facilities in the bathroom are top notch even though the washing machine is there.The room has AC.

It's a bit old hotel near the wonderful beach. But it has everything you need including a nice onsen though it was a bit stuffy there. We had wonderful ocean view room. And it took about 10 min to get there from the train station. We rode to Nati temple and the part of Kumano kodo by a local bus that depatures from the station. There is a splendid fish market where we tasted tuna. And soaked our foot in the foot bathes. The hotel give 2 bicycles for free for 30 min. It was enough to ride along the beach. We like this town Kii-Katsuura very much!
