At yasha gami I felt very welcome, the tatami room,the bathroom, welcome drink, dinner and bento box were just perfect!
The host cared as well about my hike and gave me important and useful advice.
They helped me with weather forecast and explained the local plants and animals.

Friendly host who stayed nearby if you need any help. Showed us his farm & suggest places of interest. Speak simple English. Nicely renovated house & with good views of Mt Fuji. Drove Toyota Corolla there & just have to be carefully/slowly. Have asked the host to provide the easy route to his house in future, as google map might not be accurate. We had a very(!) big Japanese style room. Absolutely special to experience this.
The room was very clean, which is particularly remarkable because of its old style.
Dinner and breakfast were both top-level.

We could see the mount Fuiji from our terrace! The cabin was simple but nicely decorated, clean and well equipped, with a big private terrace. The staff was super friendly!
You btw really need to rent a car if you want to stay here, and don’t forget to rent an ETC card as well.
