This hotel will be my only option whenever I feel like coming to Amman. Everything was amazing: the place, the room, the staff, and all. Christina, on the other hand, was the cherry on top. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Room is clean and well equipped with utilities like hot water and hair dryer. The balcony is nice to take pics of the street and selfies. Breakfast is decent as well.

Lovely, friendly, convenient spot to arrive for my first visit to Amman. Staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Locatiin is 2mins from Roman Theatre and just below the Citadel. Amman is such a lovely city to explore from here. Breakfast is very nice.

Fabulous location, and the staff (especially Tariq) was accommodating and beyond helpful. Tariq was positive, upbeat and kind. When he saw us struggle a bit with our bags, he cheerfully took over without being asked. He was delightful in every way. Tariq assuredly added to the enjoyment of my visit and to the appreciation I have for Amman. The hotel location was perfect. When we travel, we appreciate authenticity and the opportunity to observe the ways that real people go about their days. Staying at Jordan Tower enabled us to do so.
