They went over the top and provided the hospitality I think I've ever received. - We were the only Americans staying when we went they made us feel at home. - Breakfast + food was locally sourced and delicious. They even had many options for my celiac/shellfish allergy partner. - The valley view was breathtaking. - The resort is near two cable cars so driving isn't fully needed. We were able to use public transit from Merano to get to the resort
