The location was fantastic, just a little outside the busier areas of the town. Just a short walk up a slope. The bus stop to Passo Rolle where we commenced our hikes was just literally outside the apartment. The apartment was very clean, very quiet, with decent sized rooms and a very lovely toilet. Our host Lucia was very responsive and very helpful. She met us at the place to check us in, and offered us several tips on various issues, and called the rifugio that we were going to to check up on the weather and the need for ferrata equipment. When she was busy, her sister Maria Theresa came to help us. She made some special arrangements for us that we are very grateful for. Many thanks to both of you.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. My husband had to remotely work during our stay there, and the staff was really helpful supporting him with a place to work before the check-in and even helped us providing an early check-in and late check-out. We were in a family group of 5 people, so they provided us two bedrooms close to each other. The hotel has a lot of amenities that we didn't have the time to use, as spa services, a heated pool, a cosy bar for the winter nights. Breakfast was also very good with different options of food, fruits and beverage. The city is small and lovely, so there's no going wrong with the location here. The proximity to the mountains makes stunning views from the balconies! We would definitely stay there again when returning to this area!

Very friendly, service oriented and welcoming staff. Clean, well maintained room, comfortable beds and bath room and an extensive breakfast buffet. We received a free upgrade from single to triple room upon request for a room with 2 single beds instead of 1 double (dad & son).
We received a free ‘welcome Prosecco’ with a nice variety of treats before dinner time.
Optionally you can have a 3 course dinner for a fixed price with a choice of menu options which we found was a great price-quality. The manager advised us on delicious accompanying local wines at very reasonable prices.

Great little room with everything needed for a stay. Small but very well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable room, and a small balcony with table and chairs looking out to the mountains. Staff were very nice. Location is great very close to the shops and the Cable car. Would recommend.

Dinners set menu was good, but would have preferred a couple of options rather than 1 set menu. Breakfast was superb. I was surprised there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But overall an excellent stay.
I liked the atmosphere and hospitality at the hotel. The owner takes care of everything by herself with her family and I saw how she was pointing the small detail out to the employees to fix it. I appreciate her efforts and the desire to make this place better.

The staff was amazing, friendly and very nice. The room was big, clean and very warm. Bathroom was very clean, the only thing don't forget to bring towels!! The view from my balcony was amazing, I was traveling so the room was too big for me, but for a group of friends is a very good deal. Good position too.
