Rustic room in a lovely location about 20 minutes out of Bologna. Amazing breakfast served every day and we were lucky enough to be staying on one night when the restaurant was open and had a fabulous meal there. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed. Loved that we could close the shutters overnight to make the room really dark in the morning so we were all able to have a good lie in after a few very busy days with early starts.

- The host is especially welcoming, a really nice presence and very open to discussions. She can handle herself with English;
- The Garder is the main attraction and as a fact the reason for choosing this place and I gotta say it does not disappoint, not one bit;
- The house is indeed old, but very much clean with air conditioning/heating, clothes hangers, seif, somewhat comfortable beds and definitely comfortable couch, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee making machine, water heating machine, a huge variety of tea, coffe supplied on the house, everything you need in the bathroom/kitchen and the water heats pretty much instantly;
-There are a lot of trattoria and bars around, some of them opened until 23:00/00:00 in case of late arrival. Same goes for markets;
- The park behind the property is a nice touch in case you need more 'green and nature' than the garden;
- Upon arrival the host has greeted us with a bottle of local Sparkling Wine, a really nice touch for a very good first impression.

An excellent choice. The apartment was very clean, fresh and spacious. The apartment is in good condition, the surfaces have been renovated and all appliances and equipment are functional. The apartment is well equipped, e.g. with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The beds are comfortable and the sheets, pillows, etc. are of good quality, like also generous amount of towels. The kitchen is also well equipped, lots of plates, glasses and cutlery, pans and pots. It has everything you need for a short vacation. The fast and friendly service was exceptionally good. Communication was smooth and fast. Everything worked exactly as agreed and we always received answers within a few minutes. We also got very good tips and hints about staying in Bologna, restaurants, gelaterias, taxis etc. Silvia, Jacobo and their team really made us feel welcome, they do an excellent job.
