Great location to stay surrounded by green, perfect pool, quiet location with a strong feeling of privatness. Friendly and helpfull staff. Air conditioning works well in hot Italien weather. Just three minutes drive to very good restaurants nearby, supermarkets and other services in Latisana well accessible within a short drive. Half an hour drive to the sea and beaches in Bibione. Happy to stay there.

We had dinner at their restaurant and it was supsupurb . Staff was helpful and efficient.
Our train was leaving very early in the morning before the restaurant for breakfast was open at 6:30 am. The night before they asked us what we wanted for breakfast from their menu and opened early for us and we were served promptly.
Breakfast is included and served with both hot and cold selections.
