The host was very kind and willing to help. Key handover and return process was very easy. There's enough parking space outside on public free spots or alternatively in private area too. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. It's in a very convenient and quiet area (we went to Imola, Ravenna and San Marino). Even with a rather cold weather for mid-April, we had a cozy and warm stay and we received additional info on how to setup heating properly. We'd gladly come back when visiting the area! Comfy beds and pillows. The host had ready a baby and child bed to accommodate and have all options available for our kid.

Everything was perfect!!!! The house is big, very clean ,located in a quiet environment and has everything you may need. The appartment has a big terrace giving to the sittingroom which is a plus too. It is only 10 minutes driving from downtown and you can park easily in front of the house. Loredana is a great host who treated us very warmly. Thank you very much for everything!!! I highly recommend the place.

The B&B was very clean. The Breakfast was great with homemade jam, cakes and muffins. The B&B is run by one lady mainly and her husband helps her when he is home from work. So the atmosphere is very familiar also having only four rooms. They said hi to us with the name every time they saw us around and were very social. There is a very good Trattoria right next to it (the only other house in walking distance).
