We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in Atina, it was great after the crowded streets of Rome and Milan.

The owner has a massive piece of land in this village and made a beautiful accomodation for guests. A superb garden, football field, very nice and cosy swimming pool (area), sitting area and the honesty bar (where you can take your drinks after registration of what you took). You get charged when you check out. There are camera's everywhere though... :-). Breakfast is nice and has everything you'd need but some variation would do wonders if you stay there for a week, like we did. Every morning you get the possibility to make a reservation for lunch and you can make a choice of what the serve. At 1PM they serve you order. You can also dine and make your choice every morning aswell, though they charge far more then in nearby restaurants. There is enough parking space where everyone parks under the trees surrounding the front garden. We enjoyed playing ping pong outside.

The couple welcomed us with joy, showed us the place and gave us a personal tour of the house, the spice garden and the private fruit tree yard of the property, the apartment is beautiful, breakfast was waiting for us with a cake prepared especially for us with more surprises.

Breakfast was good; the cheeses were outstanding! Wonderful service by the lovely woman who made our espressos and cappuccinos. We opted to eat on the beautiful terrace, which was a memorable experience - gorgeous views all around.
The host is very gracious. Gave us the perfect recommendation for a casual authentic osteria for dinner. Parking for our little Fiat Panda was just at the front entrance. The building inside and out is stunning; the location ideal.

Location is a 15 minute walk into Atina which has some good restaurants. Very clean and modern, the building has been very well designed to run as a B&B. Grounds are pretty and well kept and the swimming pool was a bonus in hot weather, even in the middle of September.
Very clean, beautiful villa with amazing views in a perfect location; it had everything for a comfortable stay. The owner, Laura, helped us to book a table at a local beautiful restaurant and informed us about a local wine festival that was happening during our stay. Fabulous villa and amazing host.
