In front of a bus stop, so it’s perfect for getting around. Has a cafe next door for a quick meal/drink while you wait for a bus. Super friendly staff and very helpful! Even had a binder full of details on how to get back to the apartment, places to go, etc. Even let us check in a couple hours early which was great! Clean room, no complaints at all.

Great space for the whole family with separate bedrooms. We had a comfortable stay and were able to prepare simple meals. Good base to explore Venice, especially by bus. Many shops nearby for groceries and take away. We also used this as a base to access Padua and the thermal springs.

The kindness and hospitality of the host. The apartment is very big and clean. All the rooms are very bright...the kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook. To get to Venice you just cross the street and take the bus 7 or 7E. In the living room there was a TV, books and boardgames. The balcony has shades and is facing the street. The beds are comfortable and one mattress is soft and the other one in the second bedroom is hard... Thank you Tiziana for the pasta, cold water and the sweets for breakfast. Highly recommend!!

The flat was very comfortable with a private outside area. The parking area was not far from the house. When we arrived, the weather was quite cool, but you can turn on the heating. The beds we very comfortable and the bathroom had all we needed. The city of Venice is about 15min ride by car. Breakfast was not included. We had breakfast at home. The food market is around the corner.
