Great location walking distance to all the city sights but in a quiet area. Lovely room and everything was exceptionally clean. The property is absolutely beautiful with 2 cosy lounges and a nice courtyard sitting area. Breakfast was wonderful thank you for a lovely stay.

We paid extra for large balcony, worth it! Large room, comfortable, A/C, recently and tasteful decoration. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop. Luca the owner and staff, friendly and helpful. Very close to main attractions.

Andrew and Andy were the perfect hosts! They gave us tips of where to visit, eat and drink. The breakfast was delicious- freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing. Location was ideal for wandering through the old narrow lanes and just far enough from the Tower not to be overrun with tourists.

The property was in an excellent position for visiting the sights in Pisa. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. The host could not have been more help and friendly, allowing to leave our luggage when we arrived early, and after we checked out. Breakfast was excellent value and with a wide choice of items.
