When coming here you are not treated as a guest, but as a friend! Kartek and Sarup have done a great job of making this a place for people and themselves to enjoy each others company and get to talk! it's extremely clean, the common area is very comfy, i slept amazing and food was delicious!

Great location, amidst backdrop of lush green mountains and near to the beach, nestled in Arambol (one of the happening areas in north Goa), ample solace and rightly justifies its name “serenity” and about just the correct amount of hustle-bustle nearby. Arambol and Goa has a problem. The beach is excellent and also airport. Unfortunately everything is beautiful bit filled with garage everywhere....not a nice feeling. Maybe it is because of monsun season...I do not know.

excellent breakfast just cause of the small mark even though the fridge was working hotel was good and the facilities were great. The sitting and the location was good. Especially, the poolside. The staff were great!

Location is awesome.. the sunset and sunrise are mesmerizing.. love the breakfast also.. if you want anything special for your nextbday breakfast you need to tell em and they prepare and serve it next day..
Also there are good and quite locations to roam around .. which gives you feeling like exploring new world...
Actually more than worth this place for those who want peace .. party guys not gonna like it( baga calangut , crowded beach addicted).. but property also throw awsome party here.
