Its a lovely and beautiful villa and me and my friends had a wonderful time here. 3 of the bedrooms are air conditioned and extremely comfortable with attached bathrooms.The kitchen is full of all necessary things to cook for oneself including stove, kettle, vessels, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, water purifier etc. There is a spacious parking enough for a large suv.
I really enjoyed the little features of traditional kerala architecture in the house, all the wooden features, the beautiful ornate lock on the door etc. There are plenty of places on the property to sit and relax in.
The location is quite good as well, easy to drive from here to Kannur as well as to Thalassery.
Best part is that Sunil is a great and cordial host who is always available to answers questions or help with doubts.
Value for money wise there is absolutely no competition this place is very affordable and comfort for its price.

The location is little far from Thalassery. One has to catch bus from thalassery town and to getdown at Chonadum jn. From chonadum a walkable distance of 15 minitues. But in my view this is good because it provide us good air, water and greenary. A homely atmosphere.
Everything was ok. Except, AC in the room was not working. No cooling at all.
Perfect location for stay in Thalassery.

Nice spacious and very clean room. Kettle and tea and coffee in the room, always a plus. Comfortable bed, and very helpful staff. Easy to walk around the town from the hotel, and close to some nice places to eat like MRA.
Good location at the very center of the city. Has a compound-like entrance that keeps you away from the busy streets with nice coffee shops and small eateries. Easy to get around and the hotel provided laundry and airport taxi drop which is exactly what I wanted.
