I just loved this place. I was traveling around south kerala with no plan and my bus was late.. however they waited for me and offered me a delicious dinner. the location is so quiet and the views of the lake are amazing... The house is new and cozy. It does have all the facilities you need. Located in the middle of Monroe Island this house is just the best place to visit this part of India with authenticity.
Karun (the host) is just super nice and he will make you feel at home at every moment. He booked for me a beautiful boating tour at the sunrise. He was always asking if I need food for lunches and dinners and served me delicious dishes when asked, directly at home. He also lended his scooter to let me visiting around the area. Just the best host I could ask for.
