Edward the owner was very attentive polite & helpful. Our room was basic but very clean & the beds, although they seemed very hard at first were actually really comfortable. We had a small balcony with rural views & it was peaceful. Our adult son was with us so we had a room with another room off it & one bathroom.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
It has a good location however very far to any near buy grocery shops. Blinkit or swiggy genie does not work in the area as well. The rooms were very good and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. Pool was clean and nice.
It felt like home i never had! Amazing location, exceptional hospitality, and superb attention to details, to guests, and literally every aspect of the stay could be personalized!

The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the action in North Goa while relishing the relative calm of the South. Rooms are cosy and well put together.
Rohan, his wife and all staff are amazing and very helpfull. They helped me with everything, with the taxi, with renting a motorbike and with lots of tips about Goa.
The hotel is very clean, well organized and super beautiful.
The garden, with the restaurant, are very welcoming.
The location is also very good, close to the beaches and at the same time peaceful and quiet.
