It has a good location however very far to any near buy grocery shops. Blinkit or swiggy genie does not work in the area as well. The rooms were very good and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. Pool was clean and nice.

The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the action in North Goa while relishing the relative calm of the South. Rooms are cosy and well put together.
Rohan, his wife and all staff are amazing and very helpfull. They helped me with everything, with the taxi, with renting a motorbike and with lots of tips about Goa.
The hotel is very clean, well organized and super beautiful.
The garden, with the restaurant, are very welcoming.
The location is also very good, close to the beaches and at the same time peaceful and quiet.
