My booking was cancelled by Booking.com when I arrived with my family. When I had booked it in the site it was written pay at the site and then the booking confirmation also came through the app. But then, after some time an email was sent by the booking.com team asking to pay 50% otherwise the booking will get cancelled. I didn't check the email as it's not a regular thing one does. Due to this I had a terrible experience after reaching the property. Please ask the customers to pay while they are booking itself. Otherwise this shit process of paying at the site goes for a toss and people like me suffers.

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The idea of hammocks is great! Rajesh Pradhan at the front Office was extremely polite and helpful.
The room was fine with some toileteries included (I had opted for the cheapest room), but an electric kettle would have been nice.
Decent place in Mandarmani. Easily accessible after entering Mandarmani and don't have to drive into the interiors to reach. Has a good location. Kinda no frills hotel. Can have a relaxing stay but nothing much. Staff was cooperative. Food at the eatery was decent. We are small eaters so portions were big compared to our expectation. Recommended place for stay in a decent budget.
