The property is in a good location near the town and surrounded by many tourist attractions and local eateries. The staff are great especially Ravi and his family, they went over and above to give me guidance on how things work and what to see in Shimla. The property itself is very pretty and I was a very spacious and clean double room with a nice bathroom for a very reasonable price.

I had a great experience! The hotel's location is perfect, with stunning views of the Himalayas and easy access to the Mall Road.
The rooms were cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests.
The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, with a good mix of local and international options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the Wi-Fi connectivity, as it was a bit patchy at times. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from a bit more attention to detail in terms of maintenance and upkeep.

First things first, the accommodation was simply phenomenal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. But, what really made my stay unforgettable were the thoughtful little touches and attention to detail in everything that the hotel offered.
The highlight of my stay at Hill Wood Camp was most certainly the bonfire and live music arrangements that they had organised. It was an unforgettable night of music, laughter, and camaraderie that I won't soon forget. The hotel staff also went out of their way to make sure that everyone was having a great time and were very accommodating to any special requests.
All in all, I would highly recommend Hill Wood Camp for anyone who wants to experience the beauty of nature and enjoy a luxurious stay. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I will not hesitate to give it a five-star rating.
