The perfect place from which to explore Haldawani
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff.Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, Friendly staff and fantastic behavior. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places, buses and the Station. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
The location was good and the room was clean. It is a new hotel as told by staff and they are taking points for improvement but implementation is based on thier budget. The tables and chairs are old and the same was informed to them. They r coming up with restaurant in the same building. The staff are good and very cooperative.
Except for the location which is close to bus stand, nothing great about it. Though it is a budget hotel I expected atleast basics thing to be available.
