Our hosts, Carmel and Seamus were very welcoming and helpful, and conveniently live nearby. Looking forward to returning for a longer visit and the chance to explore more of the Limerick Greenway. Everything! Location is perfect, the house is big enough and very clean, decorated up to excellent standards. Hot tub a bonus. Hosts superb. Had a fantastic weekend with a group of friends. Beds very comfy…I so so highly recommend! Not forgetting the well equipped bar! All we had to do was to bring our own drinks. What a weekend!

The breakfast was FABULOUS! Really good food, gluten free and nicely cooked and presented. They were very flexible about menu options. Overall the Restaurant was Great! I had dinner there the night I arrived and breakfast the next morning. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was super helpful and went above and beyond in every way. You can't go wrong with this property. I had a terrific time!
