Rose was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The period house itself has some lovely architectural details and although a little dated in decor was very clean with crisp bed linen and fluffy duvets and good pillows. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I’ve had in a B&B and Rose was attentive at the table offering extra beverages and toast ! Its location is perfect for a short stroll along the river into the village where we had a couple of pints in the local pub and chips in the take away on the return . Although there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, Rose ensured we had access to a kettle etc in the dining room. She also kindly made us tea on arrival

My husband and I recently stayed in the Rosemount, from the moment we arrived John made us very welcome, we were there for a wedding and John organised a taxi to get us there without any trouble, the room was beautiful and the next morning the breakfast was beautiful. I cant remember the lady who served us breakfast but she was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely also and plenty of choice. Will definitely stay here again.
