We left early so decided not to have breakfast. Room was extremely comfortable with a view over the beach. Early morning sunrise was ideal for photoshoots. Geraldine, our host, could not have been more helpful and her friendliness enhanced our stay.

Pet fees were waived due to confusion after a discussion with owner. A future seaview was guaranteed should I ever return. Geraldine (owner) was lovely but little she could do re Manager's mix-up and Manager's less than apologetic attitude. Beds were nice. Breakfast was average (issue with cooker) and access to pub (dogs allowed), shop next door and Laytown Races on beach were ideal. Welcoming of dogs was wonderful and made stay worth recommending to others. If you enjoy fireworks, they are plentiful on Halloween.
