We felt so comfortable, staff were super helpful, its a family feel as the family run the b&b and restaurant. It was overall a brilliant stay and we will be going back next time we are in Clifden. The beautiful Cloonan House is tastefully furnished with a cosy atmosphere. An ideal place for reading and writing. In the morning I woke up by the sound of waves lapping the shore. When the sun was high in the sky, I had a run along The Sky Road while marvelling at the beauty of the Atlantic Sea and the spectacular mountains.
Catriona was thoughtful and attentive. She made sure that I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay in her house. A very lovely hostess.

The location was excellent. We could walk to the restaurant Mitchell's in less the 5 minutes and the food was great.

Wonderful location with stunning views from the balcony of our room. Luggage was collected at the pier on arrival which meant that we could stroll up and take in the peace and tranquility of the island. (We could have been driven up with the luggage but we chose to walk). We had a double room with sea view and direct access to a shared balcony overlooking the bay. The view was amazing. Hotel is placed in a very nice location. Close enough to the Beach bar and the Pier, but remote enough to be relaxed and enjoy the quietness. Room was very clean each time we've been here. Bed is really comfortable. I never slept better :D Pat is a very nice person. I will totally come back and recommend to friends. Inishbofin is amazing place.
We were welcomed by a representative of the hotel on the pier coming off the ferry, so didn't have to figure out how to find our way. The property is in a great location in the village with spectacular views and plenty of seating inside and outside to enjoy them. All the staff were super friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Overall such a pleasant stay and so much better than we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back!
