Ard Mhuiris B&B enjoys a peaceful location, within 5-7 minutes’ walk of the local shop, pubs, restaurants and the harbour. Ferries run to the island from Galway and Doolin on the Irish mainland. The island provides excellent opportunities for surfing, and stunning scenery to enjoy while walking or cycling.

Penny and her colleague are incredible hosts, thank you again for your tips and everything else, we felt very welcome right from the beginning! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Beds were comfy, very clean room and bathroom. I would recommend this place 100 percent. The walk to the Supermarket and/or Pub is about half an hour or you can call a driver (we did one night, no problem at all). We did an Island-Tour with the funny and kind driver Noel right after the ferry arrived: do that :) you see/learn a lot.
