Fantastic place, great transport links within a short walk, beach and good restaurants also within a short walk. The room had a vintage vibe, which was in keeping with the house. Everywhere was elegant, clean, and comfortable. And the host and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending this place and will return in the future.

Very clean hotel and room staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, parking was great and also loved the location. Very quiet but well connected to city center with public transport.
The location was excellent for us as we were close to phoniex park.We got a great deal for one night. Have to say the staff were extremely friendly and their customer service was excellent. Food in the bar was extremely tasty.
This is a straightforward hotel on the outskirts of Dublin. It's more than a 'budget' hotel, but certainly not luxury. For us that was OK though - it was as expected and is better value for money than many places in Dublin. The room & bathroom were clean and big enough, and breakfast was fine. The staff were polite and helpful when needed. The location requires a 20 min drive into the centre of Dublin and/or a bus ride. The bus stop is immediately outside the hotel, so this worked well for us.
