From the moment of arrival you feel special. The staff are wonderful, and the hotel is grand and opulent. The room was spacious and grand, and the bathroom has lovely Rituals toiletries. The breakfast was amazing and to a very high standard, with service to match. We didn't eat dinner in the fine dining room, but in the casual pub facility next door. Was very good. There is a wonderful cozy bar area, with a fire place, with bar staff making really fabulous cocktails and coffee which was lovely to spend an evening relaxing.
The concierge was so helpful , and we enjoyed the complimentary bicycles, and spa vitality suite. Very lovely.
The concierge booked us dinner in town too, and his recommendation was excellent.
We honestly couldn't fault the place, and would definitely return.

We stayed in one of the Luxury Lodges (number 8), and it was really a lovely evening. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were perfect, bed comfortable, and the area nice and peaceful :)

Brigid was a wonderful host. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was a feast of flavours and options, the best breakfast yet in a 5 week tour.

This gorgeous hotel was a delightful find in a quiet but convenient location away from the big town bustle. The staff were friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant were great and the meals were delicious and hearty. We enjoyed our first night so much we returned for another night.
Owner was very helpful and on hand day and night, rooms were very clean, food was delicious, took in a parcel for me and held until I arrived back very late.
Charming, my bedroom very simple, slightly old fashioned which I loved. Location superb. . I was disappointed there was no bath.... U expect that in a property described as a hotel.

Great meals delivered by cheerful people and a happy buzz of locals and visitors. Did some shopping in the business centre attached to the hotel. Extensive choice of goods at reasonable price.
The location was ideal for visiting the Ring Of Kerry and Killarney. The bar is tastefully decorated and captures the history of the local area with plenty of photos on the walls. The staff were all really friendly and could not do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
