We stayed in 4 properties whilst taking a short break in Ireland, and this one was the best sleep! If you like peace and quiet and being in nature, then this is for you. The bed in the cabin was surprisingly comfortable. The nice host even forgave us for spilling coffee on the bed! We will definitely return if we visit Ireland again.

Wonderful old world experience, in a beautifully restored centuries old manor. Very quiet and secluded location, within an easy 20 minute drive to Kilkenny. The traditional Irish breakfast will be more than you can eat, and will keep you full until well into the afternoon.
Amazing location, unique setting with brilliant hosts. We booked this accommodation last minute to visit Kilkenny and this property ended up being the highlight of our entire visit. Mary and Frank are such exceptional hosts, always going above and beyond. This is truly a hidden gem, probably the best value we’ve found in Ireland so far. The breakfast was excellent as well!
