Location is oK. old hotel. very standard and enough for sleeping. Get the breakfast and afternoon tea, it's a good strong added point. Not so many hotels in Blitar, so Tugu is one of your best choice. The cleanliness can be better, even it's quite old hotel.
Ok budget hotel, good value for money, 1km from the railway station, so it's well located for a night in transit...plenty of local food options in the neighborhood
