The hotel (the old palace) is located in the middle of a beautiful natural park with old trees and nice walking paths. The palace is nicely renovated, the room we stayed in (No.14) did not have airco but it wasn´t a problem as the room is facing North and the walls are thick. The staff is very polite and accommodating, the breakfast was continental and delicious. We did not check the rooms of the new hotel (Zsuzsanna Hotel) but enjoyed the thermal bath (jacuzzi and internal pool) . Great sights (Nagycenk, Sárvár Castle) or nice baths (Bük&Hegyfalu) are easily accessible by car.

The host was very polite and ready to answer all our questions. Even though we could not arrive earlier than 10pm, it was not a problem. A vast choice of boardgames in a common space! Highly recommend!
