Everything was beautiful. The location, the arrangement of the place, the architecture of the castle itself. It would need improvements in some places, but overall the atmosphere is very pleasant. You really feel you travel back in time which is nice. We had a good time at the spa, and the food is absolutely delicious.

Great location into the mountains. Excellent outdoor spaces. The person who was waiting for us was polite and helpful .It's near the lillafured lake and attractions. My kids loved the place because they could play in the gardens.
The location is beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful, both the managers during our stay spoke excellent English and were friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and ample. Other meals in the restaurant were also fine, for the price point.
