Everything was beautiful. The location, the arrangement of the place, the architecture of the castle itself. It would need improvements in some places, but overall the atmosphere is very pleasant. You really feel you travel back in time which is nice. We had a good time at the spa, and the food is absolutely delicious.

Old-fashioned look of the building but modern feconstruction
inside. Excellent small pool for refreshment in hot weather. Good breakfast, goog room, good beds. Quiet place and excellent position in the valley in the National park, good starting place for hiking and trips in the centre of the mountain.

It was one of the few options available as we booked a few days before our stay. It wasn't as impeccably clean as advertised (mainly due to cobwebs and spiders, under beds wasn't cleaned for ages) but it was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. We didn't have cash and the owner was flexible and allowed us to make a bank transfer. We had a bit of an issue with the bedlinen but it was rectified next day and owner was very responsive and helpful.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. Absolutely everything about this Hotel is wonderful!
The staff, the location, the food and the Hotel itself.
The gardens are gorgeous and provide a peaceful haven for relaxing.
We had a half board (breakfast and dinner) included in our stay. These were buffets and the selection and quality was very good. There was a guitarist playing in the dining room each morning and live music in the lounge at night.
There is nothing to want for at this Hotel.

The location is the best, near Molnar Csárda and 2 bus stops from the Hámori tó. The breakfast is good enough, simple but with good variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very relaxing though it is 15 min drive from miskolc center but lot of activities around hotel such as forest train,boating and waterfalls and location was excellent surrounding by forests and hills overall very relaxing to stay breakfast and dinner was very good
The location beats everything else. The hotel is nice enough. The breakfast is good and coffee is genuine. The room is good enough without being spacious just as the bathroom.
Excellent old palatial hotel in a great location, with superb staff, and a memorable restaurant. Their spa and wellness center provided a welcome addition to our stay.
