We stayed at Pink Panther for one night while traveling from Plitvice Lakes to Split. It’s an inexpensive, clean place with a friendly host who also works as the barman in the bar downstairs (fortunately, no music was heard in the rooms). Though the rooms lack kitchen facilities, we enjoyed snacks in the backyard, which, despite being a bit messy due to ongoing renovations, was spacious and perfect for our younger one to run around. The table in the yard seemed intended for bar workers, so we didn’t use it. Although the advertised mountain view was missing, the very affordable price made it a worthwhile stopover.

Honestly…I still really dont get the last negative reviews 🤷🏼♀️ Maybe there were made some changes in the last days so we didnt find anything negative to be mentioned, but we were satisfied with the small house in general. We found the keys in the lockbox what is the way of getting keys we prefer because you can arrive whenever you want… The house was clean, the curtains on the windows and beds sheets smelled very good. The bathroom was clean and there wasnt any bad smell at all. There were the towels, shower gel, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, little contact grill, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with capsules, several kinds of tea, instant coffee, sweet snacks, welcome drink, big fridge with the feezer, kettle, washing mashine with detergent, clean shower, ball for kids, grill outside in the garden, little swing and trampoline. You can buy there some honey and alcohol if you are on the way home and still didnt get any presents for bringing home…
There is no fireplace stove inside at all what was a difference compared with promo pictures. The night was pretty cold, but we slept well. We didnt want to try to use the A/C because it looked like its best years are over…so that is the only one thing I can mention like a small minus. With the fireplace it would be perfect, but maybe it is just in the process now and there will be some soon.
The neighbourhood was quiet. Here and there some barking dog but it is not disturbing inside of the house at all. The entrance to the front yard is monitored by the camera.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation house, and I can't express how amazing our experience was.
House is located about a 20-minute drive from Gracac, providing peace and quiet. The owner welcomed us with homemade pastries (ustipci), pancetta, and rakija, and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge.
The house itself is beautifully renovated, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers a stunning view of the garden, and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The highlight for us was the sauna and the hot tub in the garden, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.
The thoughtful amenities, including books, board games, karaoke, and outdoor activities like volleyball and dartboard, provided endless entertainment. The entire house is filled with wooden details that add a special charm to the stay. The house has ample parking space and a separate room for grilling meat. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our every need was met.
I can't recommend this vacation house enough. It truly felt like a piece of paradise, offering tranquility and luxury in equal measure. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back!

8 of us stayed at this exceptional mansion!
We used it as a base camp for our daily trips to visit Velebit mountain, take a refreshing swim in Zrmanja river and Adriatic sea which are both only half of hour away from the house.
Adriatic sea is also just across the mountain. Take an adventure and reach it using the marvelous "Majstrorska cesta" road. Don't forget to take a hike on the Tulove grede peak (just before a swim in Rovanjska).
There was enough room for all of us.
The house itself is very clean and comfy, with the most beautiful sight on the Velebit mountain.
Barbecue place is free to use and has everything you need to get the party started.
Domestic appetizers such as šljivovica or the one made from walnuts were amazing.
10/10. We will come again!

We found this beautiful cottage to be a slice of heaven, sitting largely alone in vast lands, allowing us to enjoy nature to the fullest. As a bonus the cottage is very well equipped with modern appliances, tastefully done to complement the decor, for complete comfort. The place was also spotlessly clean.
The hot-tub, the fire pit, the kids' play area and large collection of roaming animals, inc.ponies, sheep, dogs and cats, made our stay one of a kind.
The location is perfect for Plitvice Lakes and is also 10-15 mins away from amenities.
We would return in a heartbeat!
