Great location, walking distance from the airport. Our flight was delayed and the host's grandad kindly waited for us, we arrived late. Thank you for that. The bed is big and the aircon is well positioned. It had basic amenities like coffee, milk and sugar which was a godsend in the morning.
Great Apartment Near Airport, but Key Pickup Needs Improvement
I recently stayed at this apartment and overall, it was a good experience. Here are the key points:

Close to the airport: The location is very convenient if you need to be near the airport.
Very clean and new: The apartment itself is spotless and feels new, which made for a comfortable stay.
There is a nice beach also very close to the apartment.
Excellent location, wonderfull view. Very cozy. You can get by walk to the airport. At first we thought that it will be very loud because airport is so close, but there is no night flights I guess, Split is a small airport. Very clean, cozy apartment. Enjoyed the view early morning on balcony :)
This property was selected entirely because of its location which is only 6 minutes walk from the airport. We were greeted by the elderly owner and shown over the apartment. It was very simple, very clean and everything was as expected for a one bed one night stay. Good shower with plenty of hot water. There was a small seating area outside but we arrived after dark and left early so we didn't get to use it. The aircraft noise was not as bad as you might expect although my wife used ear plugs as a precaution.
This is a perfect for a low budget traveller. There is a beach close to the location and if you have an early flight, it a a short walk from the airport. For us it did the trick, as we were flying out early morning and stayed only for one night.
The communication with the host was good. We were provided good information before arrival.
The apartment was fantastic. The best appointed and we'll set up apartment I could have hoped for. Perfect for a reprieve from the crowds and ideal location for easy walk to the airport. Lona and Toni were exceptionally helpful and generous with their time.

Everything was exceptional, we felt like home. Ideal for families, nice pool and jacuzzi. Enough bedrooms (3 bedrooms) for 4 people, big kitchen with everything you might need and an exceptional terrace. Nice and clean everything. Two bathrooms with shower.
Location very quite, ideal for rest. But if you want to be in a city than 20 min till Split (WOW place) and 7 minutes to Trogir, also very nice.
