Absolutely loved this place. This is the place to be for solo travelers and Santa cruz was the place I loved the most in atitaln lake. The room was nice and spacious and had hot water (as long there wasnt a electricity shut down - was once for a few hours which made me a bit nervous). But actually i changed to the deluxe room cause the other rooms were a bit dusty and too high to carry my suitcase (attic style). However the stuff was kind enough to solve it right away and change my room. The place is on the lake so the view from the common space, where you eat, is breathtaking. The highlight were the family dinners every evening and speacial theme nights you can sign into. I met a lot of lovely people there and had good time. Also a bonus was for me to meet people from all over the world, for once i was the only israeli around. I wish i could have stayed longer.
