Our stay at Victoria Caves was wonderful! Their welcoming gave us a home comfort feeling from the minute we walked in. Alex the manager gave us recommendations of further things to do on the island. Which were all great. The bedrooms were very clean. The jacuzzi at the hotel was the best part bc you could chill at the end of your day.

Wow! There’s so much to say about how wonderful this experience was for us! The host was amazing! So gracious and accommodating! And the facilities were spotless, and much nicer than we had expected. Everything looked brand new! Beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Room was spacious with plenty of light. Made-to-order breakfast delivered to your door, when you wanted it delivered was fantastic. And daily maid service made it so nice! Small kitchen was fully furnished, and the hot tub on our porch (we stayed in “Thoe” had a great view and was extremely private! Such a perfect way to start and end each day! Last, not not least - the location! It’s located in a very central location on the island. An easy drive to anywhere you want to go. (Having your own rental car is a must!). A parking lot was conveniently located within 25-meters of the property, connected by a small winding path. The lot is difficult to find the first time, but once we did, we had no problem from them on, and there were always spots available .

The staff was extremely helpful and helped secure a rental car which was much needed. Location is away from the main tourist cities but it allowed for peaceful evenings at the hotel in the personal hot tube. Breakfast selection was great and delivered directly to your suite at the time you arrange.

Everything was wonderful. The cave house has a great design, well equipped and very big room sizes. The seating area in the yard was extremely comfortable. Theoni is the best host we have ever stayed - extremely welcoming, kind, friendly and supportive. She had prepared for us a map with attractions on the island + recommendations for good restaurants, this was extremely useful information for us. Wonderful stay in one of the suites. Amazing location, very quiet and secluded. Bathtub and Jacuzzi simply amazing. We met Luke from the staff that was really helpful with restaurants recomendation and rental Cars. His extraordinary kindness and availability enriched our stay and made in leave with a big smile. We'll be back for sure!!!!

This property was not on the beaten path so the privacy was ideal. However it was still accessible to taxis and the main town. The views were amazing! We stayed in two different suites two different nights: Caldera and Volcano. The Caldera had its own private pool. We didn’t use it rather we used the shared pool. The suites were huge. Both had fully stocked kitchens- plates, utensils, bottle opener, stove and oven, and fridge.
