Wonderful old Villa close to the centre. Kosta met us at the square to help with the luggage - Syros is hilly and has a lot of stairs!! We also got plenty of good recommendations for beaches, restaurants etc. Our room (seaview) was nicely decorated and had a wonderful small balcony with table and chairs. Cold water available in the common kitchen. Breakfast was also nice.

Beautiful property and spotlessly clean! Great communication before and throughout our stay from the lovely host. Halfway between the port and the old town so within walking distance to restaurants/amenities and things to see. We had a double room with a sea view which gave us a lovely panorama over the port/sea and a nice balcony.

The location of the property is ideal - close to the beach, village center with restaurants, shops and the bus stop. The double room room was enough spacious for 2 adults and bed large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing breakfast, Greek coffee, a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The bathroom was cleaned every day and supplied with bath/shower gel. We loved the marble staircase and the sea view from the balcony. The hosts were very kind and lovely. Even if they didn't speak fluent English and we no Greek we managed to communicate with a smile and everything worked perfectly witch the check-in and check-out.

Perfect location, near to everything :-) to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, supermarket and bakery! Very modern furnished with a comfortable bed, everything was very clean.

Our stay at Kini Bay was fantastic. It's the perfect spot if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning sea views and sunsets right from the balcony. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, and the beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. Efi was an excellent host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
