Exactly as described! Plenty of room , nice decorated and everything almost new. Excellent hospitality with some extra gifts from the owner: local products,fresh fruits and basic breakfast food ,coffees and tea. The house is 5-7 minutes walk from the beach and has its own parking. Also extra toys for the kids and a nice small kid’s library which was very helpful for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen !Fotini thank you for everything!

We can't recommend the Niriedes Hotel highly enough. A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location very close to the Platis Gialos beach. Several good restaurants right by the beach. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations; lovely rooms, very helpful and friendly owners, plentiful breakfast, superb views over the beach and the bay. Nice swimming pool. We loved Sifnos which is a bit of an undiscovered gem. If you want a quieter Greek island with nice beaches, places to visit and a high quality family run hotel then Sifnos and the Niriedes Hotel are perfect.

An amazing private studio close to the beach yet off the road with a courtyard great for evening drinks and reading. It felt really homely with the homemade cakes, biscuits and also the added bonus of some tsipouro. Maria was lovely and took care of us very well.

The warm welcome from Apostolos was so lovely and it was a great extra touch that the room was cleaned everyday. Spacious, very clean with a perfect location and the most wonderful view to wake up to!

Great location, straight on to Vathi beach. Really appreciated the personal but professional attention from the owners, including help to book taxis. Not quite a full sea view from our room, but no complaints as we still had a very nice seating area ( with shade!), with a view across the yard to the sea just metres away. Very clean, nicely stocked (and very reasonable!), minibar with snacks. A very comfortable stay and we hope to return.
