First and foremost, the staff was absolutely wonderful. I felt welcome the entire time I was there. Especially the small things —replacing my empty cappuccino with a fresh one at breakfast without me having to ask— struck me as entirely kind and thoughtful. The room was clean, towels were replaced every day. The parking lot was secure and easily accessible. Obviously the location was great, too — right in the heart of the harbor. Also, do try the food. Dinner was exceptional every time! Have I mentioned how great the staff is?

Very good location near Chania. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful view. Very nice hosts as well. Rooms are clean and bathroom is great. Air conditioning is working perfectly. Breakfast has a lot of variety: vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits, but also eggs and meat, warm dishes, cheese, cakes, honey and jams… The beach is beautiful but there are big stones in the water, better to go to another beaches nearby, such as golden beach (<1 km) or Agya Marina (5km). Also a lot of place for parking. We had a pleasant stay in this place and we recommend

Lovely spacious room with all the amenities we could have needed. Super close to main old town but further enough away that the street is not loud or busy. The bed was also very big! Street parking available on all close streets to the hotel if you were coming by car, you'll likely find a space available. Reception staff were very accommodating and able to book us a taxi even very short notice to the airport on our departure - they had a lovely local taxi guy and it was seamless.

Staff were all amazing. Chris (Xhris) was exceptional. Always happy and willing to assist. Zac at the bar and Maria at the spa were also excellent. Plunge pool was excellent and spa treatments were reasonably priced …and good. Sunsets from our room were stunning.
