The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa.
I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house.
No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind.
The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.).
Everything was clean and new.
Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches.
I strongly recommend it.

The property is definitely worth more than 8,9 as it is brand new, beautiful, functional and has a very nice view to the sea and forest. We had privacy and relaxed well in the property. However, host’s hospitality with warm & welcoming approach was not existent and thus worsened the overall experience. The most hospitable and nice members of the property were the cleaning lady and the beautiful cat that met us at the car and led us to our room every time we arrived.

Nice hotel on top of the hill, ~15 minutes walk to city center, beautiful jacuzzi in the room. You can call a golf car from the hotel situated at the start of the hill called also Avaton, especially if you have luggage. Nice staff.

The lay out was wonderful, the pool was small but perfect and everything was painted white with palms dotted around the grounds. Lots of greenery. Very close the island bus route.

Everything was perfect! Chrisa was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the useful information and recommending places to visit. The apartment was spotless, with a huge terrace and balcony. The location is very convenient, situated along the bus route for easy access to the town and Koukounaries Beach. We even walked to Elias Beach, which took 1 hour and 20 minutes through a beautiful pine forest and mountains. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be coming back!
Everything was absolutely fine. We had a wonderful time in this lovely accommodation. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The host Vasilis was very very friendly, sympathetic and hospitable and we felt very much welcome. Vasilis was always in contact with us and gave us great tips. The location of the accommodation was perfect, only 3 minutes walk away.
There are some good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The apartment in the Villa was so peaceful in beautiful well kept grounds. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is ideal , close to bus stop 18 and within walking distance of the local beach which is stunning.
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Zaharo. The apartment was clean and very spacious, beds were comfy. The location is great, too - few restaurants and supermarket within walking distance, as well as bus stop that goes to town of Skiathos. Quiet at night. The owners are very kind and helpful. The beach right in front of the villa is lovely, number of sunbeds is sufficient. Water is clean, the view is beautiful. Ideal for those who look for calm, relax beach holiday. There is snack bar at villa, too.
