i was received with the outmost kindness and generosity by nikitas and his son spiros. i couldn’t have imagined a warmer welcome after a long drive. it is this this kind of hospitality that cannot be matched by lockboxes. nikitas was very discreet and i could tell that he is experienced in how much to offer according to guest’s need or lack of it if prefering no contact. the communication with nikitas’ wife on the phone before arrival was excellent. the house is something to be experienced. there is so much personal work that has gone into making it.. it is one of those special places full of details and magical secrets like the stairway in my room and where it leads to. there was coffee, there were crisps and butter and marmelade and honey and even orange juice and cold water in the room. clean and comfortable me and my cat companion felt at home. we are so grateful for the house and its beautiful garden. words are not enough to express my gratitude for your humanity. thank you

There were floods in greek so some of the roads were closed. The hostess helped us with how to get there and did above and beyond for it. Beyond that, our stay was great!

Everything was really good . Nice place for family. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. A few minutes by car to all rocks. Basic breakfast and nice personel.

The house is fully equipped and has everything that you need. The chekin is contactless and we received all info by message, including info regarding how to reach the house. It was ok with google maps also and there are also signs with the name of the house. So, no isdue! It is a nice charming little house with a lot of attention to details, a lot of vintage accessories but modern. Even if it is near the road, you do not hear it and it is extremely relaxing to drink your morning coffee at the terrace, looking at the olive trees or to the nice flowers on the terrace! Our aim was to see Meteora and the house is very conveniently located -you have 15 minutes up to Megalo Meteora and less for the other monastries. And it is also far from the agitated Kalambaka, so you can relax and have your intimacy. We prefered to eat dinners in Kastraki (a beautiful, touristic village at the at the foothill of the Meteora rocks) and a lunch in a nice traditional taverna in Vlachava (a village up to Meteora). You have also mini markets in Kastraki or Kalambaka where you can buy what you need for eating at home. Also there is a Lidl at 2 minutes from the house, at the entrance in Kalambaka but be aware that it closes very early each day and on Sundays I believe it is closed. We managed with the mini markets and it was more than enough. All in all, it is a cozy location, close to Meteora, where you can also relax and have total intimacy.
