First and foremost, the staff was absolutely wonderful. I felt welcome the entire time I was there. Especially the small things —replacing my empty cappuccino with a fresh one at breakfast without me having to ask— struck me as entirely kind and thoughtful. The room was clean, towels were replaced every day. The parking lot was secure and easily accessible. Obviously the location was great, too — right in the heart of the harbor. Also, do try the food. Dinner was exceptional every time! Have I mentioned how great the staff is?

We got room with wonderfull seaside view. The breakfast was really tasty and it was plenty to choose from. The receptionists were realy polite and helpfull. Greetings to lady from reception, who wake up at 5 p.m. to serve us coffee with cookies and fruits before our set out.

Chrysiida is very nice place . Comfortable, calm ,very very clean like new , big apartments , the manager is so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and for sure when we will visit Crete we will reserve in Chrysiida .
Peaceful area, a 10 minute walk from local restaurant called Ramblers Restaurant which served great value meals and close to a local shop.
The apartment was cleaned every day, with small thoughtful treats left, like home made cake!
Pool was lovely, even felt heated. Great location, I’d advise to get a taxi to get around or cheaper …hire a car.
The hosts were extremely communicative throughout the booking and stay, it was a beautiful quiet location which was kept very clean and tidy by the staff on a daily basis. Amazing beaches nearby with some hidden gems.

we liked most the location with the pool and sea view which was fantastic and relaxing. The hosting was very clean and comfortable where you could relax either in the pool or at the sea just in front of the hotel. Chania has been in 20 minutes driving distance which was quite convenient to stay in quiet place and be in the main town very fast as well. Just perfect and would recommend it for sure.
