A new building right in the center of the city.
It was a big beautiful room, and cleaning was spotless.
We enjoyed very much the air conditioning system, as it was not the classic AC, but rather the one in the ceiling. So the room was getting colder faster and without so much noise of air blowing in just one direction.
Since this is central you cannot park here, but there is a parking place just around the corner.
Located 200 metres from the beach and 500 metres from Nikiana Village, Matina offers rooms and studios that enjoy Ionian Sea views.

Matina Studios is the one accommodation you will surely have a chill holiday experience. They won’t be in your face all the time but you do feel they care for you on a high level. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the housekeeper takes excellent care of giving you clean towels, bedsheets, making sure the apartment is waiting you clean once you get back from a long beach day or hike.

The breakfast was a veritable spread!! One of our party is vegetarian and when I said this they were very considerate to not put meat near them and gave her a slice of vegetarian quiche😘. The apricot jam was fabulous. We also asked to leave our bags before check in time and the same lady was very helpful then too.

We had an amazing stay at the Victoria, the location is so central. The owners made us feel completely at home and were so helpful.The room was so spacious and had everything we needed. This is a really nice hotel, perfect for couples with kids. We (as a couple) wanted a bit more peace and quiet...
The two pools are nice, but fill up early, and then - no place to be. Also - no "adults only spot"....

The host is very helpful and flexible and give advice about anything. The house is well eqquipped, there Are towels, hair dryer, AC, dishwasher, mosquito net in every Windows , the pool is clean. West coast beaches 25-35 mins away by car. Perfect location to discover the island.

Let's start with the good things:
- Although we didn't meet the host personally, she was nice and helpful.
- We were able to get into the apartment in late night without contacting her personally.
- Free parking.
- New, good thermal and sound insulation windows, good blackout.
- Cheap.
- There is a terrace.
Excellent location for those who intend to visit various beaches and villages of the island day by day. The host is very kind and helpful. As we could not bring parasol and cool-box with us on the plane, she provided them immediately.

The location is perfect and the villa is very specious with an amazing view. All the rooms were clean. We were a group of 4 people, but its suitable also for 6 persons. We were awaited with a fresh bowl of fruits, a bottle of wine and some bottles of water. There is one parking spot in the yard and another one on the street.
The location is fabulous, in a typical Greek village located at a distance of approximately 30 minutes from any popular beach. The cleanliness was exemplary and we doesn’t miss nothing for a week of stories. Communication with the host was very easy and we will definitely come back!
