Zisimo and his family are veryyy friendly and helpful, who just live next to our rental apartment. I prefer staying in a village, somewhere between olives groves, pomegranate trees and vineyards..and Zisimos Cottage was a right desicion! Very rural and authentic experience, but nevertheless the house was modern and fully equipped..washing machine, air condition, a.m.m. Will come back again!

Lovely villa. Clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely plants and flowers. Incredible views of island and across to the sea. Quiet and rural location. Good central base to explore the whole island. Helpful and friendly host. Lovely food gifts of lemons, oranges, melon and sage. Made our own lemonade and orange juice with the juicer provided. Made our own sage tea. Owner made us fantastic meal on our arrival, traditional stuffed vegetables. Well equiped villa for making our own food. Enjoyed walking down to the well in field below, and views of the church. Olive groves, orange and fig trees as well as a huge Eucalyptus tree nearby. Amazing insects, butterflies and birds. Fab beaches close by, notably Xigia beaches and Alykanas beach and harbour. Very good access to mountains and rocky coves of north and north west parts of the island, an incredibly beautiful area. We had an incredible 2 week stay, and hope to come back. We were given regular cleaning, clean towels and bedding during our stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Mertoula's house in Zakynthos. Special people, a wonderful family! The host impressed us pleasantly, every evening she gave us cucumbers and fried potatoes 😁 Also, a member of our family felt a little sick, so the lady helped us with a phone number of a doctor who came right away! We felt very well, the house is very big, 7 people fit absolutely perfectly! As you know, every time we go carefully to a place, we don't know what can await us. here, we could say that we found a place that looks a hundred times better than on the website! Thanks to the hosts! Opt with the greatest confidence, it's great!

Katerina and her mom are very nice people. The house was very clean and tidy. They always offered to help us and offered to change our sheets and towels as many times as we wanted. They waited for us at the airport and offered to bring us back, also they prepared for us a cold bottle of water, juice and wine. Very kind of them. I highly recommend them. We will gladly come back next time when we are in Zakynthos.
