Splendid location, very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, original, but they were able to cater for our child, who is a fussy eater . The place is a family run and you can feel welcome by the whole family. They also sell some local goodies and very cool t-shirts and other activities. Due to the bad weather our plan had to change and the owner was happy to offer a solution and help!!! Also they were happy to share a local knowledge of the place and were easy to chat. Highly recommend! if only we knew it would be so nice we would plan a longer stay. The village itself was also wonderful, very quiet, authentic with kind friendly people and amazing scenery. Perfect base camp for mountain adventures! Lovely balcony at base of the lefka ori mountains and and olive grove. The owner at the bakery was astoundingly friendly and provided us with samples of wares from his store, where he also sold many baked goods, sfakia honey, etc. property was short walk to tavernas and the small town of anapoli. Will be back!

The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay just like home. The rooms are huge, even the bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean, the view from the apartment (from the bed even!) is amazing, as it is located on the side of a hill and you can see the mountains. The area is very quiet so you can sleep with the windows open and you won't hear a sound. There is a nice sitting area outside where you can eat or just relax and enjoy the view. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We will come back for sure here when we are in Crete again! Very good location to do hikes around the White Mountains, Aradena Gorge and many others.

This was a very simple place. The lady who ran the rooms was very pleasant and the price was very fair. The cafe downstairs was extremely pleasant. I arrived on foot with my son. We both enjoyed staying here. The simplicity of the place appealed to both of us, even with the forty year age gap. And every one loves Loutro!
