This place has a heavenly location right on the beach. The beach is one of the best around with a sea that is more like a swimming pool. Hours of fun can be had. The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink and watch the gorgeous sunset. Kostas, the owner, is a very friendly man and will go out of his way to make your stay an unforgettable one. We had a very pleasant stay, the Hotel is run by a lovely lady and it's a family business, so very personal and friendly. The hotel had air conditioning which is a great bonus because I can't really sleep when is too hot. The proximity to the beach and facilities is very convenient, that meant a lot to us as we didn't have a car everyday of our stay, so we could just take a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurant that are by the beach.

The location is amazing! The Beach is just to steps away (literally). It’s a very cosy place! The balcony has an amazing view over the beach and we can see Albania just in front of us! The kids loved the bunkbed… We could ear the waves inside the bedroom … no need to Spotify relaxing music.. We had all the gadgets needed to our meals 🤗 The host was very polite and careful to have all the details ready for our family… we felt at home !

Me and my family had a wonderful, very relaxing time at Dream Beach House. The villa is very clean, located in a quiet area, but close to the city center, stores and restaurants. The beach has pebbles, but the water is sandy, warm and shallow, perfect for families with kids. Sunbeds and umbrellas in front of the villa are included, marked as private. Few people on the beach, spectacular views of sunsets and Albania's mountains, tranquility. It's good to know that the house is a duplex.
