The house is wonderful, very clean and well equipped. Everything can be found, just like at home. The furnitures are modern and stylish, it has a good fragrance, the A/C works well (and every bedroom has one). The kitchen is also well equipped, and the owners left a nice welcome kit for us (Wine, cakes, coffee, fruits etc.) The garden has a great chill-zone, you can BBQ and have a rest. The owners are very kind. The closest sandy beach can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Balos Beach is within 1 hour, Elafonissi Lagoon is 1.5. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the mountains, avocado trees and lemon trees. The home is in a remote location and very private, with a wonderful hot tub to enjoy that has Bluetooth. The host was amazing, very helpful and responsive to any inquiry or need. It was extremely easy to check in and find the house with Google coordinates provided. The beds are very comfortable, the house is super clean. We stayed with two kids here and they loved it. It has a bbq, a washer, a drying rack, and everything in between. Highly recommend for a beautiful getaway, in a private modern home.

We had an amazing stay in George’s villa. He literally saved our trip. We arrived late at night and we had a car appointment we weren’t able to take. We had to go to the villa with taxi and we were very worried what to do without a car. First George greeted us with traditional Greek dinner at 11 PM, a shot of raki and a big smile. He helped us a lot and on the next morning he found us a car in half price, since everything was booked in the sites! This saved our trip! The house itself was amazing, a few outdoor lounges with a barbecue, sparkling clean, very comfortable beds, ACs in every area, fridge with a few beers, water, olives.. Loutraki village center (100 meters) have tavernas and we recommend Niko’s one for sure! You have to go and meet him! Gerani village is 10 mins away with the car, amazing Balos beach is in this area, also Chania is near where you can go for dinner and a drink. Out of all we became friends with the people from the village, George and Nikos from the taverna. We would really come back here and highly recommend this place, you will find not only a perfect facilities, but amazing people to meet and get to know the Greek culture!

The house was a dream, even better than in the pictures! It was peaceful and quite, the view is amazing and the pool just awesome! Natalya was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. With a car, you can reach all the nice destinations on the island easily. I fully recommend staying here!

Excellent villa with astonishing view. Everything was at the highest level. Photos can not even close describe the surrounding beaty of mountains, olive fields, mediteranian sea and how modern the villa is. The hostess was very kind, helpful, informative and attettive. The house, inclusive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful, stressfree vacation. The pool is deep, app 1.5 m and large for a private villa. There is outside patio, huge gas grill, shower and area for recreation. The villa is located at the hill in a very quiet area. There is neighboring house, but I have never seen any people there. There is a dog, but I have maybe heard it barking couple of times, so very peaceful dog that you wont even notice. The villa is close to enormous amounts of shops, inclusive Lidl, restaraunts and the beach. Location is perfect. You can drive from there to Falasarna, Balos, Elafonissi, Kedroassos beach, also Samaria park and the south like Hora Sfakion, Loutro and so on. The airport in Chania is also close. We were two couples, but the house easily fits six people, and we had the perfect vacation. The value for money is 10/10. We strongly recommend this place.
