Recently renovated, modern, minimalistic, clean, polite stuff. The chef I suspect must have had experience in an expensive restaurant. It's a small hotel, hence the buffet was not big. But ....... some days the food was of the kind you would order in a fancy restaurant: Mouthwatering delicious. Views from the room were beautiful.

The place is just wonderful. Our apartment was on the 3th floor with splendid view on the sea and the beach in front of the building, just few steps from the object. We visited other beaches on the island, but we also spent every day on the beach in front of Empress apartments, since we really enjoyed swimming in the crystal clean water at the Empress beach…it was so clean and beautiful..Our apartment was comfortable, with beautiful furniture and small kitchen, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you, dear Marina for wonderful time at Empress Corfu apartment, we will definetely come back!

The property was in a gorgeous area and the owner of the hotel was exceptionally helpful and gave us tons of recommendations. The hotel is close to a bus stop, so it’s pretty easy to get around. I definitely recommend eating at “avra”, the restaurant down the road, but there are plenty of great food options around!!
