We stayed here for a week at the end of our trip, and this was our 3rd hotel in Crete. We were two couples and booked the recently renovated rooms, great choice. Really nice and cozy, modern and spacious. The pool is small but nice, the private beach is also a bonus if you fancy a lazy day at the hotel. The bar attached to the beach has a really nice terrace / shaded area. We had a few drinks there but never stayed for dinner as we never felt very welcome. We had lunch once and the food was ok. The breakfast wasn't the best we had for sure, but this wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the attitude we received from the staff. And when I say staff, I mean the man who we believe to be the owner and his son. They both never smiled nor acknowledged us once. The manageress (who I guess is the owner's wife) was very friendly and almost too nice at times, trying to compensate perhaps.
All in all it wasn't a bad stay, the rooms were nice and the location is pretty good. Petronila on reception and Joanna in housekeeping were really helpful and smiley, shame the owner forgot the basics of hospitality. SMILE!

We were welcomed by Katarina with smiles and hospitality, she let us check in early, gave so many advices and where to go around, was searching online the weather and wind situation on different beaches to guide us on where to go.
The room is big and comfortable. Easy to find parking on the street.

Casa Piedra was the best location we rented in Crete by far. The house itself is very beautiful will all amenities you can ask for. The pool is great, the garden is cozy and to whole property is very clean. The owners are very helpful und friendly. Anytime again.
The house was big, confortable and clean. Anastasia was very friendly and helpful. You need a car to get there. The location is close to Kissamos, 30 min from Chania and very nice beaches like Balos and Falassarna.
Staying at Terramara was AMAZING! We loved everything: the place is paradisiacal, surrounded by nature. The location is strategic and very close to a lot of nice beaches and places. Lots of facilities and the best sleep we ever had. Margaret is a super host! We highly recommend it and we will be back for sure!
