Although it does not have an exceptional view, it is the perfect place that introduces you to the holiday atmosphere. Built in traditional Greek style, but with modern elements, the house is located in a quiet area, perfect as a starting point for all 3 arms of Halkidiki. The space on the ground floor is large, it can host up to 6 people (in the living room there are 2 very large beds instead of sofas), the garden and the terrace are so beautiful. You can hear some traffic from the highway, but it's not disturbing, you can close the windows at night and it's perfect. The house is so cool that we didn't use the AC at all, even though it was over 38 degrees Celsius outside. There are some mosquitoes in the evening, but you have mosquito nets and repellents in the villa. We will always return with love when we'll have the opportunity!

The house is very clean, especially toilet which is very important to us.Hosts were very nice, very friendly and good people.I want to say that backyard is especially nice and we enjoyed spending time outside.

The villa is exactly like in the pictures, beautiful, beautifully furnished and cared for and has smart features and connections. The kitchen was also equipped for a fully independent stay if you wished to cook. It has 3 separate bedrooms identically furnished with queen sized beds. The aircon unit was just in the living room, so you had to keep the doors open at night for colder air to get to the bedrooms as well. The outdoor back terrace is ideal for eating, while the front gazebo is the perfect place for relaxing and having a glass of wine in the evening. The villa had a great atmosphere about it. The communication with the host was excellent and we also appreciated the welcome and goodbye gifts.

It would be challenging to describe in words the place, atmosphere, and hosts! Starting with the wonderful communication at the beginning, they answered all our clarifying questions. It's a beautiful, incredible house, filled with all the amenities not only for a vacation but also for living, with a huge yard. They have thought of everything necessary for a delightful and carefree stay! In the house, we found cleanliness, tidiness, and essential snacks waiting for us. The hosts, Tasos and Viki, are rare-hearted and pleasant people with whom one can even find friends. We had a health issue, and they immediately offered their help! Tasos found a doctor, scheduled an appointment, came to the house promptly, and assisted us. The house itself is wonderfully designed - a spacious living room on the first floor, a large kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with remote-controlled fans. The veranda is about 90 square meters and includes a very large barbecue. The location of the house is peaceful and tranquil. The town is a 5-minute drive away, and there is a Lidl supermarket just 3 minutes away. The beaches in the area are fantastic. Driving along the coastal road of Nea Kallikratia, there are plenty of beach spots to choose from, with Sahara Beach being the largest one.
