First and foremost, the staff was absolutely wonderful. I felt welcome the entire time I was there. Especially the small things —replacing my empty cappuccino with a fresh one at breakfast without me having to ask— struck me as entirely kind and thoughtful. The room was clean, towels were replaced every day. The parking lot was secure and easily accessible. Obviously the location was great, too — right in the heart of the harbor. Also, do try the food. Dinner was exceptional every time! Have I mentioned how great the staff is?

Breakfast has a lot of variety: vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits, but also eggs and meat, warm dishes, cheese, cakes, honey and jams…
The beach is beautiful but there are big stones in the water, better to go to another beaches nearby, such as golden beach (<1 km) or Agya Marina (5km). Also a lot of place for parking. We had a pleasant stay in this place and we recommend

Lovely spacious room with all the amenities we could have needed. Super close to main old town but further enough away that the street is not loud or busy.
The bed was also very big!
Street parking available on all close streets to the hotel if you were coming by car, you'll likely find a space available.
Reception staff were very accommodating and able to book us a taxi even very short notice to the airport on our departure - they had a lovely local taxi guy and it was seamless.

The pool was lovely and most of the staff were so friendly ' the bar staff & big shout out to the lovely Niki who helped us learn how to play Doors while it rained :)
Always had pool chairs and access to fresh towels, overall lovely relaxed atmosphere!
The entertainment at night was enjoyable - e.g. one night a local Cretan dance.
Lovely little token of local honey given at the end of the stay which is a really nice touch.
